Are your shoes original?

Yes. Every pair we sell is 100% original and sourced with a purchase bill.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are packed within 24 to 48 hours and delivered in 3 to 7 working days across India. Remote locations can take a little longer.

Do you charge for shipping?

No. Shipping is free on all orders across India.

How do I choose my size?

Our shoes follow standard UK sizing. Open the Size Chart on any product page and match your foot length in cm. If you are between two sizes, choose the bigger one.

Can I return or exchange my shoes?

Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Shoes must be unused, with the original box and tags. Read our Return and Exchange Policy.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return passes the quality check, the refund is sent to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

How can I track my order?

You will get a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships. You can also visit our Track Order page.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel before the order is shipped. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.

How do I care for my shoes?

Wipe the upper with a soft damp cloth and mild soap, and let the shoes dry in the shade. Do not machine wash or dry them in direct sunlight.
